who we are
The Alliance for CO2 Solutions is an ad-hoc group of organisations supporting the use of "CO2" in car air conditioning. By recycling waste CO2 as a natural refrigerant, we are turning part of the CO2 problem into the solution. The Alliance aims to present latest updates on CO2 Technology in an objective manner, thereby enabling the automotive industry to make the best choice for car air conditioning.
Acknowledging the urgency to act now against the most severe consequences of global warming, the Alliance for CO2 Solutions promotes a technology available today that could save millions of tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere. CO2-based air conditioning is also the most energy-efficient and cost-effective option for cars.
The Alliance for CO2 Solutions is therefore open to any organisation which shares the vision of:
- supporting an innovative solution with clear benefits for the consumer,
- helping the automotive industry to remain competitive,
- and showing a concrete way to advance in the fight against global warming.
